In order to face high efficient production and complicated machine process of parts, GOODWAY GTZ series is designed to solve the issue. The machine with twin spindles and twin turrets. Each turret can be flexible to choose any spindle for process. Production efficiency is better than traditional machine. Besides, turret can be equipped with maximum 24 tools, also Y-axis is available, which makes GTZ be capable to finish any complicated part. Powerful machining ability meets all your needs from now on.

ADVANCED STRUCTURE DESIGN
Every casting unit of GTZ series will have the final machining process in our factory ; main spindle, turret, etc. core unit will be assembled and examined performance in our assembly factory. In this way, we can completely control quality of significant parts and then ensure machine performance is completely used.

High Rigidity Casting Structure
Machine base, headstock, saddle, etc. main structure unit can be integrated made by high damping, low deformation of Meehanite casting and reinforce rib design, which equipped high rigidity and damping capacity to efficiently reduce possible of structure deformation.
High Rigidity 45° Slant Bed
High rigidity provides extremely stable base for spindle and turret, which is good for chip sliding down to water tank by gravity, and also shorten the distance between operator and working area.
Low Gravity Orthogonal Y-axis Structure
New generation of Y-axis saddle and X-axis have 90° orthogonal structure, which maintains turret gravity within base range when Y-axis is moving. It has great rigidity support and avoid turret deformation from suspending.
